Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Manager, Instructional Design to lead the strategy, design, development and continual improvement of enterprise learning solutions that improve restaurant performance and leadership readiness.

You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, R&D, and Technology to transform complex initiatives into engaging learning experiences across instructor-led training, eLearning, video and simulations.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of instructional design experience in restaurant/retail/hospitality/franchise operations.
• Experience designing enterprise learning programs across multiple delivery formats.
• Experience managing external learning vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience in the QSR, restaurant or food service industry setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, development and continuous improvement of enterprise learning solutions.
• Create innovative learning experiences to improve restaurant performance, accelerate operational readiness and support leadership development.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, R&D, Technology and external learning partners to deliver multi-modal learning solutions.
• Serve as instructional design SME and partner with Platform Manager to ensure implementation, launch and governance.
