Zusammenfassung

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced Sr. Instructional Designer (Center for Teaching & Learning Design) to shape innovative, flexible learning for professionals across the United States.

You will design non-credit courses, micro-credentials, and executive certificates, partnering with faculty, SMEs, and industry partners to deliver learner-centered programs. You will mentor designers, manage multiple projects, and ensure high-quality instructional materials while using latest learning technologies

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, education, or related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in course design and development, faculty training, or program and course assessment or evaluation.
• Experience with Canvas or demonstrated proficiency using a learning management system in an instructional design environment.
• Experience with course-authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or comparable platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Genially, Articulate Rise, Descript, and Camtasia is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and development of non-credit courses and professional programs for adult learners.
• Collaborate with faculty, SMEs, internal teams, and external partners to create learner-centered experiences.
• Oversee projects from planning through delivery and evaluation, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor instructional designers and coordinate stakeholders across departments.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and conduct usability and learnability analyses of prototypes.
