Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced instructional designer to lead end-to-end learning design for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft instructor-led experiences across AI, digital transformation, and leadership domains.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in instructional design or related field with content creation experience.
• Ability to design for enterprise, professional, technical, and workplace audiences.
• Experience creating facilitator guides, labs, simulations, and learner resources.
• Experience managing clients, stakeholders, SMEs, instructors, and vendors.
• Familiarity with Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning design from discovery to delivery.
• Define objectives, personas, scope, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with sales, product, client success, and delivery teams.
• Design instructor-led experiences for AI, digital transformation and leadership.
• Create presentations, guides, labs, case studies, and assessments.
• Incorporate AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney in activities.
