Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior instructional designer to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will design and refine AI-assisted deliverables, build onboarding playbooks, and create facilitator guides and curriculum outlines for corporate training programs.

The role is fully remote, part-time (5-20 hours/week), with a competitive $70/hour compensation and ASAP start. Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Develop onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, and learning curricula
• Track and report on course completion and learner engagement using spreadsheets and rubrics
