Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team, supporting Pfizer. This role will develop and implement engaging learning experiences that enable Pfizer's global workforce to understand and leverage digital solutions, from tools to emerging technologies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in instructional design and corporate learning, with experience crafting eLearning modules and interactive training tailored to the unique needs of a diverse, fast-paced workforce. Key Responsibilities: Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze training needs, identify learning objectives, and define optimal instructional approaches. Develop high-quality, engaging learning content, including eLearning modules, interactive tutorials, job aids, and instructional videos. Design course outlines, storyboards, and scripts for digital training solutions that simplify complex digital tools and technologies for users. Apply principles of adult learning theory to create materials that are accessible, engaging, and relevant to a broad range of skill levels and learning preferences. Leverage branding and visual identity guidelines to ensure consistency in the look and feel of all learning assets. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine training materials and ensure that final deliverables meet both quality and strategic objectives. Work collaboratively with The Moore Group's instructional design to continuously enhance learning experiences. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in instructional design and corporate training, ideally with a focus on digital solutions, technology training, or the pharmaceutical sector. Proven expertise in creating eLearning modules, instructional videos, job aids, and interactive learning experiences. Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and LMS systems. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM). Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple priorities within deadlines. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in accessible, user-friendly language. Preferred Skills: Experience working in or consulting for large healthcare or pharmaceutical companies. Knowledge of learning analytics and evaluation methods to measure the impact and effectiveness of training. Proficiency in multimedia development software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for high-quality visual and interactive elements.
