IB3 Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to plan, design, develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate high‑quality training programs for the Federal Technical Capabilities department supporting the DOE acquisition community. You will work with NTC instructors, SMEs, and Rapid Development Teams to craft engaging classroom, virtual, eLearning, and scenario-based learning experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience with ADDIE or equivalent methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience with needs assessments, job/task analyses, and evaluations.
• Familiarity with DOE/NTC training contexts and LMS is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs and materials.
• Collaborate with instructors, SMEs, and RDT teams to create learning experiences.
• Develop classroom, virtual, eLearning, and scenario-based materials.
• Coordinate with FTCP and TQP processes and DOE orders updates.
• Support continuous improvement of training programs and documentation.
