Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC seeks an Instructional Systems Designer I to support design, development, and maintenance of training programs for the DOE enterprise. Under guidance of senior ISDs, you will apply adult learning principles and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include designing materials, assisting with project timelines, needs assessments, and performance analysis, while adhering to DOE and NTC standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements as stated in the job posting.
• Minimum of three years as an Instructional Systems Designer or Curriculum Developer.
• Ability to execute training product maintenance and assist with project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain classroom, blended, and scenario-based learning materials.
• Support project planning, timelines, and milestone tracking.
• Help conduct needs assessments and performance gap evaluations.
• Assist in assessing performance outcomes to guide training interventions.
• Apply DOE and NTC instructional design standards and safety policies.
• Perform broader design tasks under mentorship from higher-level ISDs.
