Job summary

IB3 Global Solutions is seeking a Curriculum Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of professional training programs across the DOE complex, including federal personnel, site contractors, and partners.

The role requires strong leadership, instructional design expertise, and experience with enterprise LMS and publishing workflows. It is an on-site, full-time position at the NTC facility in Albuquerque, NM, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years minimum in program mgmt, instructional design, adult education, or workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum lifecycle across DOE complex; manage deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
