Job summary

You will collaborate with SMEs, support curriculum sequencing, conduct needs analyses, and help ensure compliance with DOE quality and safety standards while growing under Level II/III ISD guidance.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional ISD or curriculum development experience.
• High School Diploma or Bachelor's in related field.
• Ability to obtain DOE HSPD-12 credential.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of adult learning theory and ADDIE.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain classroom, blended, and scenario-based learning materials.
• Support project planning, timelines, and milestones.
• Conduct needs assessments and job/task analyses.
• Assist with performance analysis and training interventions.
• Apply DOE and NTC standards to deliverables.
• Grow under mentorship of Level II/III ISDs.
