The ideal candidate has 5+ years in L&D, strong skills with e-learning tools (Articulate Suite, Storyline, Rise) and a track record of creating polished online

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in L&D or instructional design.
• Proven experience creating engaging online learning materials.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and collaboration with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders and experts to determine development needs.
• Build learning programs and curricula aligned to Freddie Mac's MF mission.
• Plan and execute learning interventions, workshops, and conferences for lenders and servicers.
• Evaluate and prioritize learning strategies based on stakeholder asks.
• Create and review learning content, including manuals and pre-work, for compliance with best practices.
• Develop design documents detailing course objectives, content, assessments, and evaluation criteria.
• Manage assets in the Learning Management System and ensure quality and accessibility.
