Toyota's Talent Development team in Human Resources is seeking an Instructional Designer Senior Analyst to be the primary experience designer for learning across Toyota Motor North America. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher relevant to the position.
• 5+ years as instructional designer or similar.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and theories.
• Experience with LMS/LXP integration and ecosystem.
• Experience designing assessments and evaluating learning programs.
• Proficiency with content authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, etc.).
• Ability to work with ambiguity and complex stakeholders.
• Cross-functional project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning deliverables from needs analysis to script/storyboard creation, development, marketing, communications, and evaluation.
• Own the learning strategy for large, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Advise business functions, SMEs, and stakeholders on learning strategy and design decisions that drive business outcomes.
• Lead evaluation of learning product effectiveness using data analytics, learner feedback, and learning theory research.
• Collaborate with an agile learning team, managing timelines for timely, quality deliverables.
• Review and evaluate work from peers through feedback and QA.
• Leverage AI tools for rapid prototyping, script support, localization, or workflow acceleration in learning design when appropriate.
• Participate in internal and external learning communities to share best practices and set quality standards.
• Explore new modalities and methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Support facilitation of learning experiences as needed.
