Toyota’s Talent Development team in Human Resources is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Instructional Designer Senior Analyst.
The person in this role is the primary experience designer for learning experiences across Toyota Motor North America. This role requires a strategic thinker and collaborative partner who can assess, design, develop, and execute a variety of learning experiences that drive business goals.
Our ideal candidate applies the latest research and knowledge in instructional design and learning theory to create engaging, memorable, and outcome-driven learning. Reporting to the Learning Design and Development Manager, the person in this role will support HR Talent Development team’s objective to enable and support team member learning and development.
This position is based in Plano, Texas. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.
