Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating course effectiveness
• Experience in researching/writing course content and using multimedia
• Advanced knowledge of instructional theories and educational psychology
• Experience designing courses for products, processes or skills
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to lead and influence others

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist trainers on course evaluation results
• Plan and design courses and curricula; ensure content accuracy
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor training
• Create and edit LMS activities and reports
• Develop instructional materials using current technologies
• Develop and test course content and learning games
• Create online and classroom content that transfers knowledge and changes behavior
• Evaluate effectiveness of courses and delivery methods
• Lead instructional design project teams when needed
• Blend instructor-led and self-directed learning approaches
• Train internal staff on classroom tools
• Integrate feedback into new training content
• Present to executive leadership
