Job summary

GSquared Group in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer / Training Manager to lead the design, development, and management of enterprise learning programs. This role blends hands-on instructional design with program leadership to translate business changes into effective training experiences.

You will partner with executives, SMEs, HR/L&D and technology teams to build curriculums, deploy ILT, VILT, and e-learning, and measure impact through adoption metrics and assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning & development, or related field.
• 5+ years in instructional design or training program management.
• Experience designing enterprise training programs.
• Strong adult learning principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting needs assessments and developing learning strategies.
• Experience creating ILT, VILT, E-learning, and blended programs.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work with executives, SMEs, and tech teams.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, and management of enterprise learning programs.
• Translate business requirements into learning objectives.
• Develop curricula, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, and e-learning modules.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Create scenario-based and role-based training.
• Review and improve materials based on feedback and data.
• Develop training strategies for enterprise initiatives.
• Coordinate training across units, locations, and stakeholders.
• Develop train-the-trainer programs and enablement strategies.
• Manage delivery and evaluation of training programs.
• Measure effectiveness via feedback, assessments, adoption metrics.
