The role partners with executives, SMEs, and business leaders to translate complex information into practical learning experiences and measurable performance objectives.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple design projects, apply adult learning theories, and deliver both digital and instructor-led formats across a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive instructional design experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end learning programs, including learning paths, prerequisites, activities, assessments, and performance support.
• Conduct needs, task, role, and audience analyses to identify skill and performance gaps.
• Translate business requirements into measurable learning and performance objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions with SMEs to understand job tasks, workflows, business rules, exceptions, and performance expectations.
• Publish, test, and deploy learning content through an LMS.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and make improvements based on learner and business needs.
