Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design in corporate, consulting, or professional services

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional design for internal projects and partner with Custom Operations Manager
• Design and customize learning experiences and tools with internal teams
• Collaborate with Content, Delivery, Practices, Marketing, Product to align requirements
• Create design artifacts and ensure alignment with FranklinCovey IP and standards
• Apply adult learning principles and learning science to drive behavior change
• Gather feedback from pilots and stakeholders to refine designs
