Job summary

FranklinCovey is seeking a Custom Senior Instructional Designer to adapt world-class content for diverse client contexts. This remote role collaborates with internal and client-facing teams to design high-impact learning experiences that drive behavior change and measurable business results.

You will lead internal projects, customize courses and tools, and align designs with FranklinCovey frameworks while preserving IP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design.
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Experience in corporate, consulting, or professional services environments.
• Ability to adapt content for client contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the instructional designer for internal projects.
• Design and customize learning experiences, content, and tools.
• Collaborate with FC Solution Consultants and clients to adapt content.
• Configure existing content to fit client industry, culture, language, and use cases.
• Apply adult learning principles, learning science, and experience design frameworks.
• Create design artifacts and maintain documentation and version control.
