Qualifications

• 2-5 years in curriculum/course development in a corporate setting.
• Experience with LMS navigation, MS Office/Google Workspace, and one primary authoring tool.

Responsibilities

• Designs basic instructional materials, such as e-learning modules, web-based trainings, quick reference guides, job aids, etc.
• Assesses effectiveness of materials and programs using form./summ. evaluations and data-driven improvements.
• Develops instructional content with authoring tools and multimedia elements.
• Manages project aspects of design/development projects with timelines and stakeholders.
• Analyzes training needs and gaps to identify requirements for design projects.
• Coordinates with SMEs and cross-functional teams to validate content.
• Keeps abreast of trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
• Supports trainers and end-users in delivery and implementation of programs.
• Conducts quality assurance to ensure materials are accurate and up-to-date.
