Collaborate with faculty and teams to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery. This role emphasizes learner success and innovation in digital learning, including AI-enabled design approaches.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field.
• 3 years of professional experience designing and developing instructional materials or learning experiences in higher education, corporate training, or similar environment.
• Experience with curriculum development, course design, and collaboration with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages the course design and development process for new and existing courses, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes.
• Designs engaging, objective-driven learning experiences reflecting real-world application.
• Applies evidence-based design strategies including UX/UI and accessibility to create high-quality education experiences.
• Collaborates with faculty and stakeholders for instructional alignment and feasibility.
• Evaluates and revises curricular materials, resources, and assessments for program objectives.
• Performs quality assurance reviews and drives continuous improvement in instructional quality.
