Responsibilities include creating course outlines, scripts, and storyboards, applying instructional design principles, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business or related field.
• 1+ years of professional instructional design experience.
• Proficient in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise).
• Experience with Camtasia and video/storyboard development.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructional content including eLearning, videos, and quick reference guides.
• Develop course outlines, scripts, and storyboard assets through development phases.
• Apply learning theories to ensure audience-appropriate delivery and impact.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to implement courses and resources.
