Talution Group is hiring an Instructional Designer to build Learning & Development for our Client Services group from the ground up. You will design curricula, choose and implement an LMS, author content, and deliver training across Chicago and virtually, ensuring compliance with Form CRS and related regulations.

You will establish an onboarding program, governance, templates, and measurement frameworks to demonstrate impact and drive faster new-hire productivity in a rapidly growing environment.

Formación

• 10+ years in instructional design and L&D.
• Wealth management experience required.
• Experience with LMS selection, implementation, and administration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build the L&D function for Client Services, including onboarding programs.
• Select and launch the training platform (LMS) with governance and metrics.
• Standardize procedures and Form CRS documentation with Compliance alignment.
• Develop and deliver blended training using ADDIE/SAM and authoring tools.
• Measure outcomes (proficiency, quality, retention) and report results.
