Job summary

CDW LLC is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager in Tempe to design, develop and implement development programs and learning experiences that support business goals. AI-enabled tools, innovative design methods and ownership of content across its lifecycle are expected elements of the role, with learning outcomes measured against business objectives.

You will lead instructional design, project management, stakeholder communications and measure outcomes against business objectives;

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning & development programs.
• Strong instructional design and project management capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled design tools and LMS platforms.
• Track record of improving learner outcomes and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for learning initiatives from needs assessment to evaluation.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into learning solutions.
• Apply AI-enabled methods and tools to develop design standards and workflows.
• Drive content governance and lifecycle management with SMEs.
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Measure participant skills and client satisfaction; address gaps.
