Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking an Instructional Designer to design and update training materials for Enterprise Operations Associates. The role blends instructional design methods with our LMS to deliver effective, accessible learning.

You will work with subject matter experts, training specialists, and IT teams to ensure programs are current, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles, including exploring AI-enabled solutions and evaluating program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in learning with at least 1 year in instructional/technical design.
• Experience with LMS, and development tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Create and update trainings, guides, job aids, and eLearning content.
• Integrate instructional design with LMS and in-house technology.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Training Consultants, and cross-functional teams.
• Apply adult learning theory and keep trainings current with trends including AI.
• Develop Level I and II evaluations.
• Ensure accessibility and copyright compliance.
• Apply basic project management to keep scope and timelines.
• Stay updated on instructional design trends and learning theories.
