Job summary

Newport, an Ascensus company, seeks an experienced professional to provide specialized trust and fiduciary services to high-profile institutional accounts. You will manage relationships with Fortune 500 plan sponsors and coordinate complex account administration.

The role emphasizes on onboarding, handling stock trades and distributions, coordinating with attorneys and analysts, and presenting reviews at committee meetings while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong MS Office skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures long standing relationships with clients by delivering high quality and responsive service that exceeds expectations.
• Leads efforts to onboard new accounts, gather relevant information and coordinate account opening process.
• Reviews agreements and prepare internal documentation to assure proper administration.
• Meets periodically with contacts, ensure timeliness of client deliverables, and field inquiries.
• Directs Trust Administrators with the processing of stock and mutual fund trades, wire transfers, checks, plan sub accounting, and various reconciliation processes.
