Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial services event marketing experience.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and marshal resources for strategic initiatives.
• Strong ability to balance competing goals and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with ability to identify industry trends.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Institutional client experience event roadmap, setting strategic direction and overseeing execution of all initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert in client event strategy and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Navigate complex organizational situations to align on the path to improved client experience and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Communications, and Distribution to align client event strategy with brand goals.
• Manage a complex annual budget to support the client experience event strategy.
• Continuously measure and evaluate the effectiveness of client experience programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver risk management and uphold highest ethical standards.
