• BA/BS degree in Finance, Technology or relevant discipline.
• 5 years of experience in Financial Services / Software, asset management or related area.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to build relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel 20%-40% per year.

Responsibilities

• Act as Client Manager for a book of Charles River IMS accounts.
• Maintain high-touch engagement with clients via onsite visits and executive engagements.
• Develop relationships with senior client personnel to understand strategy and alignment with CRD.
• Maintain understanding of Charles River IMS and current functionality.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Alpha units to ensure delivery and issue resolution.
• Support Sales in identifying revenue opportunities for additional modules and services.
• Monitor market trends in investment management relevant to CRD clients.
