Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking a Senior Consultant to support leading wealth management firms by addressing business challenges and growth. You will develop practical consulting resources and engage with senior executives, advisory teams, and relationship managers to move insights to action.

You will guide strategy, governance, and client experience initiatives while shaping scalable frameworks and playbooks that enhance practice performance across State Street Investment Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFP®, CFA®, MBA, CIMA®, CEPA®, CPWA® or similar designations valued but not required.
• Experience managing projects or workstreams from planning through delivery including scoping, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to engage financial advisors and firm leadership; develop resources for client use.

Responsibilities

• Support leading wealth management firms by addressing business challenges and growth.
• Develop client-ready resources such as presentations, guides, reports, and frameworks.
• Help advisory businesses move from insight to action across client relationships and engagements.
• Lead workshops and discussions with financial advisors and leadership teams.
• Contribute to scalability and consistency of Practice Management across the organization.
