Forte Roofing in Syracuse is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee installation projects, support field teams, and ensure safety, quality, and service standards. You will develop relationships with crews and manage timelines to deliver a high-quality homeowner experience.

You will lead installation crews, partner with Sales and Production, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple installation projects from start to finish.
• Lead, support, and manage crew leaders and technicians to ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule work.
• Coordinate timelines with Sales and Production teams to meet customer expectations.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and elevate concerns as needed.
• Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship meets standards and processes.
• Communicate progress to homeowners and provide timely updates.
