Job summary

Home Roofing Solutions seeks a Roofing Installation Manager to lead residential roofing and exterior projects from pre-construction through final completion. You will oversee safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor performance and customer satisfaction, ensuring work is completed to company standards.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader who communicates effectively with customers and crews, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional project

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the construction industry with roofing and siding installations.
• Experience in residential roofing is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel throughout New England.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute project documents and installation drawings.
• Proficiency in CRM systems like ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential roofing and exterior installation projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and permits.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct job-site inspections for safety, quality, and compliance.
• Lead subcontractors and crews to maintain productivity and quality.
• Manage change orders, documentation, and project closeout.
• Identify and resolve challenges to maintain timelines and satisfaction.
• Maintain safe, organized job sites and ensure compliance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong communication.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and efficiency.
