Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license or equivalent required.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple installation projects from start to finish.
• Lead and manage crew leaders and technicians to ensure safety, efficiency, and on-schedule work.
• Coordinate project timelines with Sales Managers and Production Administrators.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Conduct pre-installation, installation, and post-installation inspections for quality.
