This role requires handling multiple tasks, driving to sites, and maintaining strong homeowner relations while ensuring timely project completion and payroll accuracy.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
• Experience in a customer service role
• Previous residential roofing experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish
• Coordinate with sales managers and production admins to meet customer needs
• Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively manage issues
• Oversee crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure timely completion
• Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold standards
• Work closely with homeowners to provide excellent service
• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees
