Semper Fi Roofing, powered by Victors Home Solutions, is seeking an Installation Manager in Madison/Milwaukee to lead multiple projects from start to finish and ensure top-tier customer service.

You will supervise crews, coordinate with sales and production, manage risks, and uphold company standards, with a focus on timely project delivery and homeowner satisfaction. A valid driver's license and roofing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential roofing preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish.
• Work harmoniously with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks to projects, proactively manage and elevate as required.
• Oversee and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure projects are completed timely.
• Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company processes and standards.
• Work closely with homeowners throughout their project to provide excellent customer service.
• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees.
