Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an Install Manager to oversee 3–4 Project Managers and manage the customer experience and vendor relationships from post-sale through final installation. The role drives scope, coordination, and compliance across residential projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, strong communication, and professionalism with clients. Expect a full-time, in-person role with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience overseeing PMs and subcontractors.
• Familiar with roofing, siding, windows and doors for residential.
• Strong client-facing professionalism and communication skills.
• Self-motivation with discipline.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Top-notch customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect projects to determine scope of work.
• Oversee 3 to 4 project managers in the territory.
• Communicate the agreement between company and customer.
• Identify and negotiate adjustments to terms with the customer.
• Analyze licensing and permitting requirements to obtain permits.
• Recruit, screen and manage crew members and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects meet specifications and safety standards.
• Develop relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
