Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Midwest Regional Installation Manager to oversee all aspects of project installation and customer experience post-sale, expanding to 6-8 markets with 25–30 project teams each. You will ensure quality workmanship, safety, and vendor relations while driving customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, experience with PMs and subcontractors in the residential roofing/siding/windows/doors space, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Overseeing PMs and subcontractors.
• Residential roofing, siding, windows and doors knowledge.
• Professionalism with client-facing experience.
