Job summary

SCREEN is seeking an Install Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute semiconductor installation and modification activities. This role requires regular travel to customer sites to supervise teams, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure high‑quality execution.

Location options include Chandler, AZ, Oregon, or Texas, with a salary range of $110,000–$175,000. Primary duties include developing strategies, coordinating resources, leading teams, and ensuring timely project completion

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment installation, upgrades, or modification work.
• Bachelor’s or technical degree plus relevant field experience.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities; able to present to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement installation and Mod execution strategies to ensure timely, high‑quality project completion.
• Lead installation teams with clear priorities and expectations across multiple sites.
• Coordinate activities related to installations, design changes, materials readiness, and post‑install handoff.
• Represent SCREEN in installation and Mod‑related customer meetings and manage escalations.
