Job summary

Intel in Chandler, Arizona is seeking a Tool Install Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex semiconductor tool installation programs. The role may be an individual contributor or a people leader, collaborating with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

This position oversees programs with multi-hundred-million to billion-dollar budgets and coordinates thousands of contract workers across construction, engineering and fabrication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 9+ years leadership in tool install/construction.
Or 12+ years of strategic leadership in large-scale construction or tool installation.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead complex tool installation, conversion and de-installation programs from design through execution.
Partner with enterprise stakeholders to align with business objectives.
Direct cross-functional teams across capital and expense projects.
Serve as site expert for Tool Install Design with TICE and TD.
Drive scope, schedule, budget, quality and operational performance.
Promote safety, continuity, and Lean practices on site.
