Job summary

Intel Corporation in the United States—Phoenix area is seeking an experienced Tool Install Manager to lead complex tool installation programs. This role may act as an individual contributor or people leader, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of programs with substantial annual spend and large contractor workforces.

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management and 9+ years leading tool install or large-scale construction programs.
• MBA/PhD with program management expertise is preferred, PMP certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex tool installation, conversion, and de-installation programs from design through execution.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver Tool Install programs aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across capital and expense projects for semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
• Drive scope, schedule, budget, quality, and operational performance.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement across project portfolios.
