Job summary

SCREEN is seeking a Mod IQ Install Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute equipment installations and design-change modifications at customer sites. The role requires regular travel and strong customer alignment to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

You will lead installation teams, develop strategies, and coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, field teams, and supply chain. A technical degree and 5+ years in semiconductor installation are preferred, with Lean/Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment installation, upgrades, or modification work.
• Proven supervisory and leadership ability; prior leadership roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to management.
• Travel availability and valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute equipment installations and modifications.
• Lead installation teams and ensure on-time, high-quality execution across sites.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers to align requirements.
• Maintain installation documentation, KPIs, and progress reporting.
• Support field teams and manage post-install handoffs.
