Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 9+ years of leadership experience in tool install, construction, or program management.
• MBA or PhD with expertise in program management and tool install ramp execution; PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex tool installation, conversion, and de-installation programs from design through execution.
• Partner with enterprise stakeholders to deliver Tool Install programs aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across capital and expense projects for semiconductor facilities.
• Serve as site expert for Tool Install Design with TICE, TD, and site execution teams.
• Drive scope, schedule, budget, quality, and operational performance.
