Job summary

Escalent is seeking a Senior Insights Analyst for Consumer/Telecom to lead insights development, storytelling, and data analysis. This remote role requires Seattle-area residence with occasional onsite meetings.

You will design surveys, ensure data integrity, analyze trends, and produce client-ready materials that tie findings to business goals. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years in business, market analysis, or market research.
• Experience supporting market research in CX, telecom, or online consumer platforms preferred.
• Ability to recommend research methodologies within budget.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and at least one data analysis tool.
• Experience with Qualtrics.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of surveys/questionnaires to answer client objectives.
• Confirm data integrity and perform analysis to identify trends.
• Monitor quality levels and manage quality problems.
• Design research instruments as necessary.
• Ensure quality of and approve programmed questionnaires, including communication with programmer/vendor.
• Analyze research results and interpret findings with Client Management.
• Write headlines for reports or deliverables that link findings to business objectives.
