Escalent is seeking a seasoned research professional to lead healthcare accounts, employing qualitative and quantitative methods. The role requires 3–7 years of healthcare/pharma experience and a talent for connecting insights to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years in qualitative/quantitative research, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or pharma.
• Ability to connect research findings to business implications and client decision-making.
• Storytelling that translates data into engaging narratives.
• Comfortable leading discussions and delivering presentations for clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative, focused research plans and frameworks that generate insights.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative results to uncover actionable insights for clients.
• Present findings to clients and lead discussions on implications and actions.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on research design, execution, analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to develop viewpoints and innovative techniques.
