Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative for the Ridgefield, WA area. This development role focuses on Valve Automation, with responsibilities including quoting, vendor relations, and customer service excellence.

You will size actuators and valves, build quotations daily, and collaborate across the district to grow the V&A business. The position offers growth opportunities within a Fortune 500 distributor of plumbing and HVAC supplies.

Qualifications

• 1-7 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support the district on quoting valve automation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while learning the Valve Automation business.
• Size on/off Actuators, Control Valves, Accessories, & build out Valve Automation quotations daily.
• Interact and develop relationships with key vendors to support sales.
• Work with all associates in the district to support our V&A products.
• Be a team player.
• Form solid relationships to establish trust with entire district to work seamlessly together.
• Willingness to learn and train continually.
• Specific to Valve Automation products.
• Other duties as assigned.
• This is a development role where the V&A team will invest in your success.
• The team will teach you everything you need to know about Valve Automation.
