Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to upsell and respond quickly to customer needs.
• Ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the outside sales team on day-to-day quotations.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while providing technical support and guidance.
• Interact with vendors to support sales.
• Collaborate with district sales teams to support quotations.
• Build trust and work with the district to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and train continually with products.
