You will own the sales support process from quote to fulfillment and act as a primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and suppliers.

The role emphasizes preparing quotes, processing purchase orders, managing order status, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of inside sales experience in technology or related fields.
• Experience selling technology solutions and B2B products.
• Proven negotiation and upselling abilities.
• Ability to prepare, present and refine customer quotes.
• Experience using ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written communication via email.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proactive, collaborative self-starter with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes with pricing, delivery timelines and terms.
• Process customer purchase orders accurately and quickly.
• Manage order status using backlog reports and customer portals.
• Monitor and follow up on quotes, orders, and inquiries for timely resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners for on‑time delivery.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers, sales teams and suppliers.
• Support business development efforts and RFQs.
• Provide high-quality account management to new and existing clients.
