MediaTek seeks a seasoned Inside Sales Representative to drive day‑to‑day account operations for strategic semiconductor customers in the San Jose area. You will ensure seamless order fulfillment and support engagement across the product lifecycle, collaborating with Account Managers, Operations, and Engineering teams.

This role emphasizes multi‑tasking, precise communication, and a strong understanding of ERP/CRM processes to support OEMs/ODMs and EMS customers from design‑in through mass

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer support.
• Experience in semiconductor, or high‑tech industry preferred.
• Experience supporting global customers (OEMs, ODMs, or EMS).
• Familiarity with semiconductor supply chain dynamics (lead times, allocation, pricing cycles).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).

Responsabilidades
