Job summary

Herchenbach Industrial Building Solutions, based in Germany, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager for our US HQ. This senior, standalone role owns the inside sales process from qualified lead intake through formal proposal and handoff to Outside Sales.

The position reports to the GM and requires rigorous sales execution, discovery, solution positioning, and commercial discipline. The role emphasizes five-step engagement, lead qualification, customer discovery, and collaboration with Business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex sales cycles.
• Strong discovery, presentation, and proposal development skills.
• High commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Comfort working directly with senior leadership.
• Strong CRM discipline and process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the five-step customer engagement process from lead intake to handoff to Outside Sales.
• Lead intake and qualification, structured discovery, and qualification of opportunities.
• Engage customers with high-level company and capability introductions and needs analysis.
• Develop accurate, high-quality commercial proposals and review with customers for fit and pricing.
• Coordinate structured handoffs to Outside Sales and ensure complete documentation and context.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, and GM; maintain CRM records and provide forecasts to the GM.
