Job summary

Homes.com, part of CoStar Group, is expanding its Inside Sales team in Richmond, VA. The Senior Sales Associate will serve real estate professionals, using consultative virtual presentations to grow revenue and build strong client partnerships.

New hires receive 6 weeks of comprehensive classroom training at the Richmond campus, designed to develop product knowledge and a proven sales process for long-term career success.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer-facing, sales-related experience in a B2B environment with a track record of prospecting and closing.
• Proven ability to grow revenue from existing customers, retain revenue, drive renewals and upsell.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college/university.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships to drive advertising revenue through a subscription model.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospect for new opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
• Educate prospects on Homes.com's value through virtual demonstrations.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Partner with colleagues to drive Homes.com revenue.
• Deliver outstanding customer support and provide valuable insights.
