Job summary

Applied Technical Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Development Associate to proactively reach out to potential and existing customers from our Colorado Springs location. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage data, and drive revenue through qualified opportunities and precise quotes.

The role requires 3–5 years in inside sales or business development, strong communication, data discipline, and a willingness to work onsite.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience.
3–5 years of inside sales or business development experience.
Outbound calling, prospecting, lead qualification experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport.
Ability to assess client needs and identify ATS service solutions.
High attention to detail with accurate data management.

Responsibilities

Present ATS capabilities and tailored solutions to prospective customers and generate opportunities.
Respond to inbound leads and provide accurate, timely quotes.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients across targeted industries.
Execute structured prospecting campaigns using call lists, CRM data, and marketing inputs.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned with revenue growth.
Schedule and coordinate qualified customer meetings with internal stakeholders.
Maintain data integrity across accounts, contacts, opportunities and leads.
