Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales support or sales operations experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end sales operations support for a Sales Manager and sales team.
• Manage and track new product development timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing.
• Prepare, process, and manage sales quotations using Oracle.
• Monitor sales order progress to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external retail partners.
