Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. in Warren, Massachusetts is seeking a SR. INSIDE SALES REP to manage U.S. Navy pumps projects from RFQ to delivery. You will coordinate with multiple departments to prepare quotations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience and strong knowledge of customer service principles. This position offers generous benefits, including insurance from the first day and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; significant work experience can substitute for education.
• 2-4 years of customer service experience in manufacturing support.
• 5 years in a technical environment with manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee U.S. Navy pump projects from RFQ to delivery.
• Prepare and submit quotations for U.S. Navy project customers.
• Document sales and marketing activities while tracking opportunities.

Skills

Knowledge of Terms and Conditions, FAR/DFAR

In-depth understanding of customer service concepts

Intermediate data entry skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education

Bachelor of Science degree

2-4 years’ technical customer service experience

5 years’ experience in a technical environment
